@ATT i shouldnt have to turn cell data off to use my wifi happens daily. This has been an issue for a while please fix.

Been on with @ATTHelp customer service over 4 times including phone twice, chat and social media. No resolution, bill increased over $65 monthly. Their customer support actually made it go higher! Not once have I been been allowed to transfer to a supervisor.@ATT is a joke.

The sheer incompetence and lack of training of @BestBuy and @ATT customer service reps is mind-boggling. Carrier trade-in offers should be the same across 3rd party partner sites and they cant seem to figure that out for the S22 pre-orders. smh.

. @atthelp I had this order opened over two weeks ago and no one checked to make sure it was available. And then once it’s found it’s not, I’m left with a broken install, a need to pay for a new account installation, and a whole OTHER IP range to reconfigure to. WHY??

. @ATTHelp I was sold 2Gbit Business class internet with 125 usable IPs. I was left with a broken Internet, told 2Gig wasn’t available, and that I couldn’t have 125 IPs even though it was on the order. They had to create a new account to get my Internet restored. WTF is going on?

@ATT FYI: The AT&T store in Gulfport, MS in the Crosswords mall employs nothing but RUDE employees for years. I go to other AT&T stores for way better customer service.

Ok @ATTHelp , I'm a little confused. My service has been down for almost 24 hours. I have not been proactively given any updates on an ETA for my services to be restored. My last call I was told "it should be within the next 24 hours"
