@ATT your fiber product is unreliable. The MyATT app lost my account info. I called support, was asked a challenge question I know I didn't enter. Your challenge questions are terrible. Your hold music is horrible 80's smooth jazz. Is your new slogan "At least we're not Comcast"?

SMH @ATT is actual trash. I called about a week ago to cancel my internet service for the end of this month bc I’m moving. The agent insisted I tell her why I’m canceling instead of transferring my service so I told her I wasn’t happy with their service and I could get faster -

I have been on the phone with @ATT for over 45 minutes. They have transferred me to 4 different people and still have not solved the issue!!!!Worst customer service ever!!!!

So as usual @ATT has no customer service skills whatsoever. They never provided a service but yet they wish to charge me for an early termination. My internet was too slow, cut off constantly and they sent people out several times to rectify and it continued. Don’t use AT&T 😡😡

@ATTHelp do you have any estimation on when your outage in the LA area is gonna get fixed? You've said fixed in 24 hours 3 or 4 days ago. Tired of getting blue balled when the LED indicator on my router starts blinking white, then goes back to red.

@ATT On top of that att ⅝you want to compete with time warner you're internet needs to be a lot faster for the high prices you have compared to theirs. Sorry theirs are a lot faster. Get your **** together att!!

@LigiaHougland @ATTHelp @ATT Yeah my experience has also been poor. I've talked to about 8 different people and now when I finally found a competent person it seems like they've changed their system to make it harder again. 😑I think I just got lucky having a good experience with AT&T several years ago.
