Is it possible to beat Fear and Hunger? ›

To achieve this ending, the player has to keep The Girl alive in their party, travel through the mouth of the God of the Depths and reach The Heart of darkness, an area built out of corpses at the very bottom. A battle will initiate against The God of Fear & Hunger, winning which achieves Ending A.

The whole game is built around multiple playthroughs. As MadArtillery said, but also: there are roguelite elements, but those are *super* light. The dungeon isn't exactly randomised, but there are a few pre-baked 'tilesets' that are chosen when you launch a new playthrough.
