No. The kiosk is only there to speed up the process. You will print a list of what you want and then the rewards desk will redeem your items for you. I guess if you have enough play, maybe a host can work some magic but otherwise you're SOL

I saw the crazy lines at Bellagio. Just handled my HGS business at Park MGM instead. Only 1 person in line in front of me. I didn't even use Platinum line cutting privileges.

The regular line at Mandalay Bay is also long. But There’s no waiting if platinum.

Hopefully it isn't as bad midweek
I'm on a short trip so i would like to minimize the time spent waiting in a line

well last week was the first time I cashed in my points, 30,000 got me a whole $100 of free play! Free money is free money!

I put in my order for two items on Sunday December 3rd. Had one item arrive Wednesday the 13th and the other one is supposed to arrive tomorrow. In both cases, I received an email from UPS in advance. If you are signed up for UPS MyChoice, you will get email notifications for any UPS packages arriving at your address.

I got a survey yesterday asking why I didn’t attend and what would make me attend in the future. I responded that the points need to have a better conversion to freeplay.

I received my items today. Just in time for Christmas.

Yes delivery has been a little disappointing. I got one camp set item yesterday and I believe the iPhone and bike are coming today but all the other stuff shows delivering on The day after Christmas. That doesn’t work. I printed off some pictures so I’ll wrap those. Note to self next time go to the week earlier one to get a jump on shipping
