The guy that owns this business is a complete jerk!!!! We bought a door from him and he forgot to put the $3 pin inside the box with the door knob. When I called him to ask him if he would just overnight it to me (because i live almost 2 hours from the location) he told me I was out of my mind for asking him to spend $25 to overnight me a $3 part and would I like to just sit on the phone with him and argue or what. I told him but it was ok for me to drive 2 hours and use $25 of my gas and my time to get the $3 part that HE FORGOT to give us!!! He just sat there and said he would not overnight it to me and i was lucky but he would offer to regular mail it to me. i needed it the next day for the contractor to install so i had to make the trip!!!! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! THE GUY IS A COMPLETE ASSHOLE!!!! I would not by a rock from him if he sold me one from here on out!!!!!!

I just got off the phone with this company a so called reputable business selling mobile home parts. When I was asking them about my warranty on my AC and why it would not be covered after only 11 months of being installed and at least five service calls their owner Mark and manager tells me that if I know what's good for me I would just keep my mouth shut. Because he really doesn't care since he's not the installer yet he calls himself a reputable business owner standing behind his product I wonder how style crest would like to know how their association with this shady business man is affecting their business.

I have bought many items from R & H and havent been disapointed yet every time I need to buy something for the two mobile home's that i own I call all the business that is in san antonio to compare and always find the prices the cheapest at R & H and dont have to wait for them to order the item and charge me more for shipping. I am pleased with them and am going to buy another door from them this very day............ EFO
