Hey @GetSpectrum - We moved today and were told Monday everything would transfer over and work. Called tonight and told we have to wait until Wednesday for a tech to come. That’s not good customer service.

Y’all. If you have a choice, don’t use @GetSpectrum. Their customer service people are nice but the actual service is HORRIBLE. I’m without internet for 4 days before someone can even come look at it. Here’s to late nights at work just to use the WiFi. 🙄

If you have @GetSpectrum as your internet provider look up Spectrum Outage and you’ll see that through out the country, @Ask_Spectrum has not done anything about their lousey connection. I can’t wait for Star Link to activate their internet service.

@GetSpectrum Is the worse possible internet service provider anyone could possibly have!!!!! Constant issues and intermittent, unreliable service! They can’t fix the problem but still charge a service charge. Very condescending & rude to long term customers!! 👎

I haven’t been receiving voicemails on my @GetSpectrum business phone. So my admin was told there’s a national issue and they don’t have any idea on when it will be resolved. I told her to make sure let them know the payment will have no idea when it’s getting there either!!

@Ask_Spectrum Once again disappointed by Spectrum “Customer Service”! They promised a reduction in a service fee that didn’t correct a problem with my intermittent / spotty internet but has yet to deliver. They should be reducing my bill due to un-usability, not increasing it!
