Great desserts for every taste!!!

We love the desserts here, a little pricey but good!!! It's good to go for a special dinner or celebration, not an everyday meal and a good location! We truly recommend the Tuxedo, Hershey's and the chocolate cake!

Great menu options

We frequently dine at Cheese cake factory and are always pleased with every aspect of the experience.The extensive menu can be intimadating but we've tried just about everything over the years.Our favorite is chicken bellagio.its served over a pasta with a pesto sauce and of course their fantastic black bread.Most times we share as portions are so large.The service is always great.They are well trained and that always starts at the top with management.Do not uunderstand the few negative reviews......some people are always looking for a negative and just have an attitude.

Not up to standard

As another reviewer recently expressed, this Cheesecake Factory is lacking compared to so many others. We were greeted and seated promptly and the waitress was courteous, but that's where it all ended.We both had lunch portion entrees and asked for the side salad. At $5.95 you would expect this to be a small salad. Well, it came out and it was big enough for two people. They brought us two plates, when we commented that we each got a small salad, we were told that my husbands meal already came with a salad and he would be getting another one also. This should have been mentioned up front, Obviously we didn't want that much salad. I also asked for bleu cheese dressing and was told it was 'tossed' in bleu cheese. There literally was not no discernible dressing on the salad. When I asked again for some dressing the server that dropped off the food huffed and walked away.Eventually my dressing came out. Large chunks of bleu cheese that were solid chunks of ice. I pushed the entire salad to the other side of the table uneaten. The waitress never asked if there was a problem. She also never asked at the end of the meal if I wanted to take it home. She could care less about our experience.Our entrees were good, not great. At almost $100 with a few drinks, I would never return to this location and not to another Cheesecake Factory again for a very long while.

Worst one I have been too.

Been to probably ten different Cheesecake Factories and this is the poorest one. Been three times and all 3 were disappointing. Will travel to Tampa location next time.

Great Lunch

Stopped here for a quick lunch. Food was excellent as was the staff. Only negative was the number of choices. We had a hard time choosing from the large number of selections.

Delicious! A+ Management!

We like to eat here or order from here every month or so.. what an enormous selection of delicious food. One night after ordering takeout, I got home and noticed a meal missing from my order. They had already contacted me about it.. so I returned the call and spoke w a manager who went out of his way to correct the problem. I literally said nothing except to confirm the missing order when he stated he would take the order off my bill.. and mail me a gift card for the inconvenience. Wow! Sure enough! Less than a week later.. a wonderful letter and a gift card of $25. Way to go Cheesecake Factory!

Something for everyone!

What's not to love about the Cheesecake Factory?? The menu is HUGE and our biggest problem is deciding what we want since it all sounds so good. The service was great and we were in and out fairly quickly.

Amazing as always

Have eaten at the cheesecake factory many times but this was the first time at this one.As consistent as any we've been to with good service.Good as always was exceptionally good.I had the orange chicken which is a giant portion of very good crispy coated chicken in a lovely sweet and sour sauce.Enough to take home and eat the other half later!My wife's chicken bellagio was ever better than she's had before as it had even more sauce than usual. Again a giant portion!

Huge portions before the cheesecake

This could be any branch of Cheesecake Factory in any city, they are all very consistent. What you get is a large varied menu with some really good well made options. Many of them very big and too much for anyone looking forward and wanting to make the most of a the star event the actual cheesecake. The salad and pasta dishes are very good. The star event of course is the cheesecake, flavours for everyone and great to share. Whatever flavour you get I doubt if you will be disappointed.

Jalapeño hot!

The Cheesecake Factory has excellent food and desserts...but I got a chipotle salad there. I was not expecting it to have hot jalapeños in the center of it! I bit into it and couldn't eat it. A little spicy is okay but not hot hot hot!! Ended with a great piece of original cheesecake!

very good restaurant

it's nice to be back to this fine restaurant, i enjoyed again their shrimps with angel hair and a big shrimp platter with fries and coleslaw. a nice manhattan on the rocks, a glass of merlot,just perfect.friendly service.

Typical Cheesecake Factory

This Cheesecake Factory was pretty consistent with other locations I have dined (Texas, California, etc). I only had crab bites and ordered THREE slices of cheesecake "To-Go". I ordered a Key lime for myself, a strawberry for my husband, and the lemonicello for us to share. I noticed that the Key lime has caused me stomach discomfort the last few times I had it so in the future I will stick with the Lemon Meringue or try some other flavor.

Gross Slimy Pizza! Horrible Service

we waited such a long time before anyone acknowledged us. We ordered two personal pepperoni pizzas and it took them 60 minutes to arrive and when they did arrive they were soggy in the middle and doughy, very disgusting. No one ever refilled our ice tea. will not be going here ever again, almost made us late for the airport because they took so long
