The medal and citation for good citizenship were nothing new to father, who had won it himself just 20 years ago in Towanda. Young Robert, a junior high school student in the Main Building, compares his medal with his dad's. Five other Athens FFA members have been selected to attend the three day event Marshall Van Scoten, agriculture instructor.

The group will leave Thursday morning for State College, and will be accompanied by Mr. Van Scoten. About 1200 boys are expected to take part in the statewide convention.
